We offer four different types of training and support: e-mail, telephone, WebEx and on-site. See our Pricing Guide for training and support pricing. - E-mail: All initial questions, comments and/or concerns should be e-mailed to us. We will respond in an e-mail. If an e-mail response is not ideal, we will contact you via another method.
- Phone: If we cannot offer training or support through e-mail, we will set up a phone session and customers will talk directly with a Tizbi representative, who will answer their questions.
- WebEx:WebEx training sessions are conducted via the internet. WebEx gives us and our customers the ability to conduct a training session without leaving the office, thus cutting distance and time restraints. All users need is a telephone and a computer with internet access. A Tizbi representative will demonstrate the various TizbiForms functions using the computer, and answer any questions that customers might have using the telephone. Any number of individuals in your organization or business can join WebEx demonstrations and training sessions for no additional charge.
- On-site: If training or support cannot be maintained through any of the above methods, we will set up a time to make an on-site visit for training and support.
